Tracy is our resident human performance engineer - a transformation and peak performance specialist who uses her twenty-five years of experience in leadership and management execution in the public, profit, and nonprofit sectors to facilitate individual and organizational change. She is T2’s resident team empath, possessing highly effective and distinctive abilities in the human emotional and behavioral world of transformational leadership. She is a gifted group and individual facilitator and strategic planner in organizational systems and skill building for professionals and youth in the areas of critical thinking and emotional intelligence. She is also a cultivator of the elusive human profit stream that comes from transformational experiences of personal and professional growth.

An accomplished and published writer, a college teacher, and a public policy and public affairs expert as well, she has served as an appointee in local and state government during two Governor Administrations in California, worked in the trenches of community redevelopment and social services on a local level, and she has served on the boards and advisory committees of charitable and community-based organizations, such as Girls, Inc., Capitol City Young Writers, Flatmancrooked Publishing, the Northern California Reinvestment Consortium, OurEarth.org, and Communities in Schools. 

She possesses a Masters of Fine Arts, a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in change leadership, and a Certificate in Negotiation from The Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

She is also a Member of the American Management Association, the National Association of Professional Women, and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, among many affiliations.

A building and construction sector veteran for over 30 years, with an accomplished background in general management, sales, marketing, branding, project management, and business development, Tim is T2's pragmatic leader. He has a proven track record of turn-around success and leading change in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous economic climate, having been a successful leader among Northern California building and construction industries during our region's most volatile up and down economies.

As a person of integrity and a professional of extraordinary reputation, he has been in the center of one of the fastest growing construction sectors in the nation (according to Forbes.com Lincoln California was named the #1 fastest growing suburb in the United States along with three other Sacramento suburbs in the top 100). In 2008 when the “great recession” hit, Tim's leadership resulted in stemming the economic bleeding and stabilization of the truss company he led at the time, in a cycle when Sacramento was at the top of the nation's foreclosure list. Tim's leadership success is demonstrated through quality, customer service and innovative strategic business alliances. Additionally, Tim is a master at creating cohesive teams, creating and implementing strategies engaging and leveraging people's strengths, and defining and managing corporate cultures based on sustainable core values. 

Tim is also a teacher and facilitator of policy performance and corporate culture transformation, having served a range of industry including lumber companies, truss companies, general contractors, framing contractors, landscape contractors, an alternative energy company, and T2. He has also managed a teenage AAU basketball team to 1st place, and led a teenage metal band to win Sacramento region's most prestigious music award, the Sammie.

Chief Financial Officer & Administrative Management Guru

Dee is T2’s resident sage when it comes to human resource management and finance. She is also a peak performing entrepreneur, who built one of the most respected and financially solvent healthcare management businesses in the country. Dee utilizes her healthcare systems and business management knowledge, as well as her honed intuition of what drives people to perform at their highest levels to benefit T2 clients. She is a significant contributor to the development and delivery of professional training and leadership offerings and consults on the development and quality assurance of client organizational assessments leading to tailored change plans for medium-to large-sized customers in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. 

Her Education: Dee holds MBA/MHSA Degrees and a B.A. Degree in business management and health care administration, and is also Board Certified in Healthcare Management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She spent the past sixteen years as co-owner and Co-CEO of an emergency group management and billing corporation in Chicago, with more than 100 employees, providing services for more than 30 emergency physician groups and hospitals in 12 states throughout the Midwest. 

Her expertise: Healthcare in the United States, as well as education, social services, and energy are critical systems Americans depend upon, and yet are in the throes of significant change; change which must result in affordable, high-quality services that can be sustained over generations, and which will produce exceptional results. These are tall orders and require new ways of problem-solving thinking and acting, combined with the latest, proven methods of strategic leadership and employee decision-making. Healthcare, among many infrastructure systems in the United States, is ripe for the kind of transformative emphasis and specialty that T2 offers.

Vice President, Millennial Programming & Creative Visionary

Michael is the company's resident Millennial, joining T2 at the age of 19. He is also a highly creative, intellectual student and practitioner of contemporary art, philosophy, spiritualism, music, and entrepreneurship, who understands the opportunity inherent in his generational gifts. He lends the company his critical perspective when working with families, young adults, and creative professionals and is hard-wired as a possibility engineer with a core value of his life producing meaningful, positive change in others. He is an extraordinary peak performer in his own right, who has mastered high-levels of performance in critical thinking, spiritualism, sports, and music.

As a peak-performing musician, Michael is an accomplished talent in percussion, guitar, and songwriting and composing. A graduate of Rio Americano High School and of Skip’s Music Stairway to Stardom program in Sacramento, California, Michael is currently enrolled in community college and heading toward applying to Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, where he aspires toward a BA in Music Performance and a performing career coupled with a life committed to sharing what he has learned about the power of self-awareness and intentional focus. 

As to a success track record, Michael’s band Red Wire Army is a 2009 Sammy winner for Outstanding Teen Band and a Finalist for Outstanding Metal Band in the regional Jammies. He is also a former member of a winning AAU Northern California youth basketball team, works with local musicians on new performing projects, and maintains a performing studio where he meets other aspiring musicians and hones his craft. A recent competitor of the national Guitar Center’s Drum-Off Competition, Michael was pegged as an emerging drummer to watch and consistently impacts people’s lives by his drive, ambition, focus, and healthy lifestyle choices.
