How We Do What We Do
Through custom-created organizational programs, ongoing workshops, online learning communities, and one-on-one or group/team consulting, we specialize in management and leadership development with an individual focus. Human performance is both internal and external. How well one understands and manages their own emotional, psychological, creative, and intuitive abilities has a direct impact on how well one is able to master or execute practical skills and ability, or advanced leadership, entrepreneurial vision and flexibility, and innovative behaviors. Our work unlocks the full plate of potential within people and systems (think families, teams, boards, communities, and organizations).

Organizational FightClub
This program (coming January 2012) is especially geared toward large labor-forces and industrial or trade-based workforce-driven organizations. Programs are custom-built depending upon need - innovation and design teams; production and distribution groups; sales forces; or management/leadership. This is a dynamic, totally unique program including health and fitness, individual assessment, and organizational/group workshops and programming.  

The Warrior Series 
Warrior Series programming is for people and organizations - with a more outward emphasis on optimizing personal behavior and responses as it relates to one's job performance, entrepreneurial ambitions, creative aspirations, or leader/manager performance objectives. We deliver one-on-one and group workshops on a range of topics, including negotiating, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence and powerful relationships, and mastering one's creative intelligence abilities. Personal/Professional Mastery Coaching 
Tailored, personal, confidential. We also provide these services to organizations as part of HR staff and leader development.
